A showcase of grape varieties that are new to The Hilt Estate. The wines below are small releases and offered exclusively to members and visitors to our tasting room. These experimental wines are produced in limited quantities, such as a pétillant naturel (also called “pét-nat”), a rosé of pinot noir, a botrytis wine, vermouth and a syrah.
